Brolly Renos were a pleasure to work with on this project. Our basement was a blank slate of approx 1000 sq. ft. We provided our vision of how we saw the project unfolding. Within 48 hours we were starting construction!
All of the trades from framers, electricians, plumbers, tiles, and painters were top notch. Every trade took pride in doing their part in the construction process. They were all well scheduled so that they would not trip over each other and were as efficient as I’ve ever seen.
Every step of the project was about communication. Stu did a great job in letting us know what was happening next, who was coming in, and if there were any delays. I must say from start to finish there were no surprises. From start to finish we took 70 days.
We are very pleased that we chose Brolly Renos to complete our home. They exceed our expectations!

We hired Brolly to do a full renovation of our main floor and kitchen. We were under a tight timeline as we needed it done before Christmas. Stu and his team were able to do an amazing job and we could have a family Christmas meal in our brand new kitchen. Stu used his time very efficiently as well as having the trades scheduled perfectly. Couple things that really impressed us were Stu’s work ethics as well as his cleanliness. It’s hard enough to live through a renovation without having to deal with tools and messes left around the house. Our house was left tidied and organized every night. Stu immediately instilled confidence and guided us through the process of demolishing a whole living room/ kitchen and re-building it. We put new floors down, used wooden panels on walls, and installed a complete new kitchen. His team were very professional, reliable, and dependable. Nobody was shy of doing extra work without the extra cost. All was done more or less according to the budget. We encountered a few problems and could not follow the original plan. This added to the original budget but was due to house problems not Brolly Renos. A solution was found for problems and ended up being better than the original idea! We are extremely pleased with the overall result!

We hired Brolly Renos to remove a “builders” unitized bathtub and replace it with a new soaker tub while removing the bulkhead and installing a tiled enclosure. They did a fantastic quality job. This was a complicated reno involving plumbers, drywall, tile person, painter etc. It was perfectly coordinated and completed on time. We highly recommend Brolly Renos.

Stu and the Brolly team were very professional working on our updates to an older 1910 farmhouse in Thornbury. We had very specific ideas, and he was able to complete as planned / budgeted – refinishing oak strip floors, redoing foyer tile with larger porcelain tiles, herring bone marble backsplash, new vanity, new glass shower doors, new basement windows, and repainting the interior of the house.
